Who makes up the RRBCA Board? – the board is made up of volunteer homeowners elected for 2 year terms. Their primary function is to collect the dues, pay association bills and ensure that the common grounds are properly maintained.
What is the design committee? – Exterior improvements that are visible to other units, must be approved by the Board designated Design Committee
What are the dues? – The dues are $500 per year and can be paid:
